SharePoint Server 2010 × Micrsoft Edge
SharePoint 2010 を Microsoft Edge にてご利用いただくことは、残念ながらサポートされません。
SharePoint 2010 を Edge で閲覧する場合、サイトの閲覧などの基本的な機能に問題はありませんが、下記のサポート技術情報 3083635 に記載されている問題が発生する可能性があります。(SharePoint Server 2010 には存在しない機能を除く)

また、こちらに記載されている以外の機能も一部動作しない可能性があります。
SharePoint Server 2010 は、以前のブログ記事にも記載の通り、メインストリーム サポートが終了していることもあり、これらの問題に関して修正がお約束できない状況です。
したがって、SharePoint Server 2010 をご利用いただくブラウザーとしては、Internet Explorer でのご利用をおすすめいたします。

SharePoint Server 2013, SharePoint Online × Micrsoft Edge
SharePoint Server 2013 および SharePoint Online を含む Office 365 は Microsoft Edge についてサポート対象のブラウザーとなります。
ただし、上述の技術情報 3083635 と同様の問題が発生する可能性はございます。

Microsoft Edge: Office 365 is designed to work with the latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser. Microsoft Edge browser updates are available through the Windows Servicing branches. Office 365 might continue to work with versions of the Edge browser older than the latest branch, but Office 365 can’t provide any guarantees.

なお、SharePoint Server 2013 については、下記公開情報にはサポートブラウザーとして Microsoft Edge について現時点で言及はございませんが、サポート対象となります。

SharePoint Server 2016 × Micrsoft Edge
SharePoint Server 2016 については現時点で RTM がリリースされておりませんが、SharePoint Server 2016 IT Preview については下記の資料のとおり、Micrsoft Edge はサポート対象のブラウザーとなります。
ただし、ドラッグ アンド ドロップ編集など、一部機能に関しては現時点で制限がございますので、ご留意ください。
